1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the iNetho (Pty) Ltd website (inetho.co.za) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
iNetho provides ICT and telecommunications services including Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, Unified Communications, Internet Connectivity, Call Centre solutions, Web Development, Automation & Integration, and CCTV Installations. Specific service terms are governed by individual service agreements.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Infringe the rights of any third party
- Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Introduce viruses or malicious code
- Collect personal data of other users without consent
4. Intellectual Property

5. Enquiries and Quotes
Information submitted through our contact forms and quote requests is used solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the requested services. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to change based on final requirements.
6. Service Level Agreements
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for specific services are defined in separate agreements between iNetho and the client. Our standard SLA guarantees 99.9% uptime for hosted and cloud services. Details of SLA terms, response times, and service credits are available upon request.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are as agreed in individual service agreements. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month on outstanding amounts. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT (15%) unless stated otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, iNetho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with POPIA.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
11. Changes to Terms
iNetho reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
